As the first year comes full circle, the one-year session celebrates everything your child has become. For families who wish to mark this milestone with extra personality, a delightful cake-smash option adds playful, joyful moments to the experience.
Every image is carefully crafted, artfully captured, and designed to live beyond the fleeting digital moment. There is nothing like a newborn baby. Their smell, their sweet sleeping faces, their tiny fingers and toes...and they change so quickly from that newborn stage. Newborn sessions are the best when we capture the newborns within the first 10 days. Our sessions are scheduled so that we have plenty of time to work on babies schedule. We can stop for feedings and changings and anytime they need to be snuggled.
We would love the honor of capturing this time and celebrating with you! We have welcomed three children of our own into this world and adore working with these tiny precious new humans who you have welcomed into this world!
Sessions are fully customizable per each client, sessions can be Stylized in our studio in downtown GR or a Lifestyle Newborn Session in the comfort of your home.

Add in a Cute Cake Smash!
Your littles only turn one once! It's a milestone moment to capture in memories forever! Cake Smash Sessions are the latest fun way to celebrate and let your one year olds have fun while we capture their smiles!
We can do Cake Smash Sessions in studio all year round and on location during the warmer months in Michigan!
You supply the cake, outfits and any special things you want to remember that your child loved at this age, we provide the backgrounds and other props including the ONE letters and cake stand.
**One great idea, have the cake designed with fruit or cheerios on the outside, something your child is already familiar with so they will interact with the cake as this is probably the first time they have had any.

A smash cake is the perfect treat for celebrating your baby's first birthday. It's essentially a small cake that's low sugar and made with wholesome, baby-friendly ingredients that your one-year-old can enjoy by “smashing” with his or her hands (and face, of course!)
